Congratulations to Phoebe Wright, Lady Vol trackster, who will be honored tonight as a 2010 McWhorter Award winner. The McWorter award is given to the SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year. Wright has a double major. She has a 3.96 grade point average, with majors in biochemistry and cellular and molecularbiology, and ecology and evolutionary biology. Phoebe is a home-grown East Tennessee girl. She graduated from Red Bank High School. You go girl!
